Singaporeans have worst bosses in Asia Pacific 1: We are worse than India

AsiaOne reportedmany employees here feel that bosses do not do enough to prepare them for success or give enough recognition for good work.

The finding ranks Singapore the lowest out of seven territories in the Asia-Pacific.

India ranks the highest, at 64 per cent.

Employees may work long hours, but employers may not recognise and reward such efforts, he said.

He added that employers "may focus more on immediate revenue-generating plans" rather than grooming their team.

Most Singapore bosses employ employees "to do a job" rather than develop their career, said Mr Terence Mak, chief executive of 3rd Planet, an online interactive 3-D travel portal.

When people do not see opportunities to grow, "complacency sets in...and good staff have issues and start blaming their bosses", he said.

What workers think of their bosses Less than half, or 46 per cent of 900 respondents in Singapore, feel that their efforts at work are recognised and rewarded.

Only 37 per cent of respondents believe their bosses have done a good job in preparing them for success.

Forty-one per cent said they were not prepared well. The rest were uncertain.

Nearly half of the respondents, or 48 per cent, described their organisation's leadership culture as either "empowering" or "inclusive".

However, 30 per cent described it as "authoritative" or "oppressive". The rest responded either "don't know" or "other".

Half of the respondents would be willing to recommend their current employer to a friend or acquaintance.

Other than that, the lazy French who worked 40% less hours than us are actually more productive by 58%, despite that we are much more clever and hardworking than them.

And very clearly, our miserable states are actively relished by PAP, who has longed design it to be so.

FT Policy is instrumental in oppressing people
PAP has no regards in efficiency or productivity. PAP's only aim is to get the top job and oppress the people. The shortage of labor forces stand in the way of PAP's wicked ambition.

Labor shortages are something most desirable for well being of country and economy. On that situation, boss will be force to improve on management skills and to raise salary. PAP hates that sort of things.

So PAP open that flood gate making Singaporeans face competition on the global basis. Bosses are empowered. Whenever a boss fires someone, he can find another one out of 7 billion people all over the world.

Update on gold

First gold shipment back Venezuela
Chavez did his country a great job by shipping its gold back from London. Now those western banksters are not able to lay their hands on Venezuela's gold, unless they are prepare to send in tenths of division.

Venezuela has begun to repatriate the South American nation's gold treasures held in Western banks in a move to protect the country against economic crises in the United States and Europe, a report says.

President Chavez has described the move as an act of sovereignty that will protect Venezuela's reserves from global economic turbulence.

"It's coming to the place it never should have left. ... The vaults of the central bank of Venezuela, not the bank of London or the bank of the United States. It's our gold," Chavez said on national television.

Bloomberg reported "Russia, Kazakhstan, Colombia Raise Gold Reserves in October".

Russia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Belarus and Mexico added a combined 25.7 metric tons of gold valued at $1.38 billion to reserves in October, a month after prices rose to a record.

The most "talent" GIC buys shares while others buy bullion. Singaporeans get ready to be screwed. Why can't GIC fired everyone, close shop and use all our monies to buy gold? PAP really want nothing but destroying us.

Wong Kan Seng on Vietnam invasion of Cambodia

AsiaOne reported that Wong Kan Seng said "Even though Singapore did not agree with the country's Khmer Rogue regime, it had to make a stand against Vietnam's invasion of Cambodia in 1978.".

According to Wong, Singapore seems to respect absolute sovereignty of government in a country. It seems that Singapore is against regime change even though the tyrants then is the wicked genocidal Khmer Rouge. Nevertheless on 2002, Kuan Yew was one of the cheerleader of USA invading Iraq with phoney charges of WMD. [links]

Singapore Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew said late Monday that a regime change in Iraq is required and military strikes against the country are seen as the only option to get rid of President Saddam Hussein.

''Few doubt that the U.S. will act to remove Saddam unless he hands over his weapons of mass destruction,'' Lee said at Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp's 125th anniversary dinner in Singapore late Monday.

''The U.S. will have to attack before the end of winter in March, next winter might be too late,'' Lee added.

Is Singapore respecting sovereignty, or is Singapore in favor of foreign intervention of regime change for removal of tyrant? In my opinion, the PAP government are none of those two above. First of all, PAP are mad people who cannot even be coherent in their own speech. Second, PAP has no ideology, they are just underlings of USA.

Indian minister of agriculture slapped: The trouble of rising food price

Sharadchandra Govindrao Pawar, currently serves as Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, was slapped by a youth named Harvinder Singh over charges on corruption and food price Rise. Such protest will get more frequent as food price seems not able to stop ascending.

Historically, elites could not stop despising the people until the moment they saw the guillotine. The slap is just a prelude like a kiss from a brood. If the elites persist on business as usual, they may soon regret.

High pay is corrosive

Reported by BBC ,the high salaries of UK executives are "corrosive" to the economy, the High Pay Commission has argued. Its study lists a 12-point plan to stop "high pay creating inequalities last seen in the Victorian era".

These include forcing companies to publish a pay ratio between the highest paid executive and the company median.

Its year-long inquiry found that the pay of top executives at a number of FTSE companies had risen by more than 4,000% on average in the last 30 years.

Mr Cable said the vast disparities in pay were not good for society, and he would consider the proposals seriously.

He said: "It's not right that we have the situation that's been happening over the last decade where we have vast extreme awards paid on completely unrelated to the performance of companies.

"And that's not good for the consumers, it's not good for people who own the companies, it's not good for the people who work for them, and that's really got to be addressed."

Talent theory was called upon again by those corporate cabal.

However, Richard Evans, president of PepsiCo in the UK and Irish Republic, told the BBC that the UK has to be competitive with the rest of the world.

"If we want great people to come and work in the UK, given it's a global talent pool, we've got to be prepared to pay the amount of money that those executives can get elsewhere in the world," he said.

As we see later, this man and his offsprings were going to give Indians the biggest bloody nose they have ever had. The career of such mobs culminated when Aurangzeb was made emperor.

The destruction of Hindic civilization in their cradle, Indus valley was the result of illustrious careers by offsprings of slave -- the lowest social standing of a man. A slave has even lower status than Dalits, who are considered sub-human by the Brahmins. To me, this is the most dramatic irony to a civilization which bents on creating and discriminating low caste (Dalits).

Indian believe in Karma. It seems that Karma really strikes.

An analysis of Indian Part 2:

The reason of different pattern in population of East Asian IQ and Indian IQ
In my previous blog, I wrote that East Asians appear to have much higher mean IQ than Indians. The average IQ of China is 105 while India is 82. Paradoxically, "low mean IQ" Indians seems to have higher representation in elite western institution especially businesses and top colleges.

The structure of East Asians IQ
There is no paradox at all if one fully understand the cultural context. The East Asians stress on conformity, respect for authority and places community above individuals. In schools, salient East Asians are dressed down.

The domination of Confucius ethnic places high premium on education. Unlike others such as India, ancient East Asians elites do not guard literacy as a trade secrecy that must be kept out of hand of people. On the contrary, East Asians elite sought to educate the people to create a civilize society.

There are inequality in Confucius culture though its far from that of caste system. In ancient Confucius society, the parity of power is biased in favor of government. While the emperor is non-replaceable except through revolution, all government officials were selected based on merits in imperial exams. The system create a massive momentum for the masses to acquire literacy.

Hence, the IQ of East Asians are rather fat and gentle on the centre part of bell curve. East Asians produces far fewer genius as compared to Ashkenazi Jews or even the whites while on average, East Asians are smarter.

How does the IQ of top Indians come about?
Indians elites made up by the high caste are exceptionally smart. Why shouldn't they? Ever since Aryan invaded India, their offsprings by the name Brahmins and Kshatrias has been living a relatively leisure life compared to the lower caste which did all the manual work.

Living off the labors of Dalits which provide services from shit collection, farming..etc, through exploitation or even enslavement, the high caste especially the Brahmins have been able to focus their time of refinement of life such as studying.

Some family of Brahmins have studied since thousand years ago, due to their job as keeper of temples and scriptures. Hence, it is not surprise that higher caste Indians excel academically since their ancesters have been studying for thousands of years.

In such system which prevails for more than 3000 years, the lower caste Indians foot the bill for doing the hard labor to feed the high caste Indians who do not work (their work is study and war). The exploitation has resulted in large segment of population that are deprived a chance to developed intellectually.

That is the main reasons India has very smart people while most have low IQ. In short high caste Indians are living as parasite for more than 3000 years. Their IQ are developed on the blood and sufferings of the Dalits.

Indians elites making stupidity out of people and Singapore is the emancipator that FT Indians are destroying
Honest people will agree that Chinese are the most non-racist among all major races. The peranankan off-shoot of PAP and Chinese are two different things.

Singapore has allowed the first wave of Indian migrant which is mainly the low caste Indians rise to the top. The low caste Indians suddenly find a place that not only no one despises them, but are treated as talent. The previous "stupid" people suddenly become clever because Singapore educated them. In comparison, their cousins in Malaysia are still undeveloped due to race based policies.

Today, new wave of FT Indians bring all their racism to Singapore. Wherever they ascend, jobs were given to other FT Indians. In some companies, to the extend that even interviews for junior positions were conducted by flying Indian candidate from India, hotel and air ticket fully paid by the companies. Finally, only India Indians are given the jobs.

Today, certain jobs are already proscribe to FT Indians bent on keeping away from others. There are wild speculations that IT/technology of banks especially Citi and Stand Chart, some department of HP, executive jobs of some of the best MNC are having all if not majority FT Indians. We are seeing FT Indians building their fledging caste system here with help of PAP.

FT Indians' racism has reach a level not seen anywhere in Singapore targeting all Singaporeans. Singaporeans are already Dalits without much awareness, tomorrow, if FT Indians take over government as they import more and more of their tribe to vote in their own tribe, you will be sure they will hatch a plan to make the aboriginal Singaporeans into the most stupid people in the world.

An analysis of Indian Part 1: Paradoxes

Indians in this series of articles refer to South Asians or ethnic group of Indo-Aryan and Dravidians.

Hindustan times reported some 3.2 million Indian Americans, including Asian Indians of mixed race, lived in the United States in 2010 as South Asians led all Asian groups in population growth in the last decade. They led all Asian American households with highest median household income. At 3,183,063, Indian American made up 18 % of the Asian American population in 2010......

According to 2007 to 2009 data, Indian Americans led all Asian American groups in the country in median household income at $86,660. The next highest total was $77,596 for Taiwanese households.

Comparing Chinese and Indian 
There are 10 Indian Nobel prize laureate till date as below, the same number as Han Chinese. There are two Chinese winner and no Indian winner of Field Medal. There are one Indian and one Chinese winner of Turing award. However, base of rough estimate as I research on the faculties of top US colleges, Indians faculties out-numbered Chinese by around 10-30% in many top schools.

In reality, the leadership positions in all western countries show a clear favour of Indians even though Chinese may be equally as smart.

Singaporeans under attack by FT Indians 5: Singaporeans are officially neo-Dalits

FT Indians act talent here. In HK you see few of these people because their standards are so low that few employ them. 
If you go to Citibank HK, you will scantly find any FT Indians there, even if there is, they are few in numbers and will not be taking over the whole bank. HK is open to everyone in the world, and more open than Singapore. HK has large foreign population. Their middle to high level expatriate population have been more international and diverse than us for a long period of time. But why FT Indians are such non salient in HK, while in Singapore, they have took over the whole Citibank at CBP. (Other units of Citi were very much taken over by FT Indians but Citi CBP is extremely visible)

Even in corrupt HK, those low quality expatriate who cannot perform will not be able to survive. HK people are the smartest people in the world. Its not easy to compete with Honky. In HK, many Singaporeans expatriate are not only surviving but prospering. That proves Singaporeans are smart. FT Indians self-brag themselves clever, and why haven't they left much more significant foot print in HK?

In terms of IQ, Singaporeans are on par with HK. But why have FT Indians taken over Singapore Citibank but not HK Citibank?

The reason is because PAP gang up with racist FT Indians against Singaporeans. FT Indians do not compete, they bend on racism and has already imposed their caste system on Singaporeans with full support from PAP. Even you go to Citi New York or Citi South Africa, I am 100% sure that you find more proportion of blacks in their IT/Technology office than Singaporeans at Citi CBP. Singaporeans may now be deemed worse than the blacks. 

A few years ago, I am aware of Singaporeans who worked for Citibank IT/technology. Today I know none. The only explanation is many (could be close to 100%)  have been kick out by ruthless persecution, then replaced by FT Indian shipped in from India.

While Singaporeans could be undergoing worse discrimination than the blacks, this is what the clowns in PAP say.

Wong Kan Seng said, "what concerns me is that for some Singaporeans, their adverse feelings towards immigrants could be indiscriminate and unreasonable......We should treat our new immigrants as if they are a new addition to our family. Show them how warm and caring we can be.".

While Singaporeans were kicked out from Citi, Lee Hsien Loong said "foreigners created more good jobs for Singaporeans".

FT Indians have imported many of their tribe that do not merit the salary, from obscure universities with strange sounding names. These people may not even get a visa to HK, but PAP has treated them like kings.

Having played politics and being surrounded by so many clever people in Singapore, they are unsecured. The only way to survive is to bring in more of their tribes make changes in the demographics, and to deprive Singaporeans of jobs. The future generations of Singaporeans neo-dalits could be worse than those real dalits in India.

I am sticking my head out. I know people will call me racist. Readers, stand in front of Citi or Standard Chartered CBP and look for yourselves. Many are unaware that our future generations are already in mortal danger.

Singaporeans under attack by FT Indians 4: The psyche of high caste Indian Part 2

The recently wave of FT Indians are drawn mainly from the higher caste, who are offsprings of Aryans compared to the low caste, who are the Dravidian race (even though they have been assimilated as Aryan speakers). Even at 21th century, they are still the most fanatic racist in the whole world. Almost all the high caste Indians bullied the low caste Indians in some points of their life. Some do on daily basis.

The most vicious ones are those who hold key positions that influence hirings. In India today, all important positions are kept closely to the turf of high caste Indians. Never mind how stupid the person is, as long as he is a Brahmin or Kshatrias, he will be preferred over Dalits candidates by the recruiters, who are Brahmins or Kshatrias as well. The low caste Indians are discriminated from all lucrative positions simply because they are born from the wrong kinds of parents.

Rubbing salt to the wound, at the same time of doing all these wicked discriminations, the high caste Indians accuse the Dalits of lazy, stupid...etc and self brag themselves clever, hardworking.

High caste Indians has no remorse in all their wickedness against low caste Indians, on the contrary, many feel that they are doing God's work by helping the Dalits to redeem their past life sins--by making them suffer more.

FT Indians bringing their racism to Singapore
Having practised racism for 5000 years, the high caste Indians are extremely good at it, not having a single bit of abash. They are not ashamed to hire closer to 100% of their tribe, and telling others only Indians are good and others are bad.

Today, Citibank Singapore is a HR disaster. Over the years, locals are kicked out or left out of unbearable pressure exerted by FT Indians. In Citibank CBP, close to 100% are FT Indians. Why Citibank cannot recruit from China or elsewhere?

To the FT Indians, anything is not important, their sworn aim is to flood everywhere with Indians and condemn the rest of the people. Today, Singaporeans has lost Citibank to FT Indians. Tomorrow, if FT Indians become the manager of another company, the locals will be kick out to make place for another Brahmins to fly in from India.

Very soon Singaporeans will have no job other than shit collector.

I have already seen in forums, postings that are supposedly written by FT Indians, accusing locals of lazy and stupid, not unlike the condescension they did to the Dalits in India.

Everyone are unhappy. PAP is ecstatic. FT Indians are doing God's work on Singaporean neo-Dalits.

Dubai has a lot of FT Indians as well. Even though Dubai people have less IQ than Singaporeans, the FT Indians in Dubai dare not touch the proud muslim. PAP has found FT Indians a valuable ally to destroy Singaporeans.

Singaporeans under attack by FT Indians 3: The psyche of high caste Indian

The business of upper caste Indians
Since Aryan invasion of India, the FT Aryan invented the caste system,  for justification of racism against the local Dravidians. The dravidians were called Dalits. The Aryan spins that Dalits committed terrible sins in their past life, and so they need to suffer now in order to get reincarnated to something better.

To the upper caste Indians, formerly the Aryans, giving troubles to Dalits are doing God's work by helping them to redeem themselves through sufferings.

It is not uncommon in some places to bar Dalits from owning land. For the others, the dirtiest job like excrement cleaning and undertaking are forcibly proscribed for certain Dalits families. They are not allowed to change occupation.

Throughout history, those upper caste Indian help put one another into important positions by caste identity. Hence, the higher caste Indians appears to be very clever while the dalits appears like a goon.

The Dalits are not stupid. They are the cleverest people 5000 ago building the awe inspiring Mohenjo Daro and Harappa civilizations. At that time, the Aryan were still salvage nomads loitering somewhere around central Asia and Iran.

5000 years of marginalization, deprivations to learnings and economics activities by the upper caste Indians has turned the descendent of the smartest people into some of the worst under-achiever.

Forcing caste system on Singaporeans
If you stand in front of Citibank CBP, which did most of the IT related development work in Singapore, you will find closer to 100% of the employees are FT Indians, and they are inevitably the higher caste Indians.

The FT Indians have no problem in putting their own gangs and kick out the locals (rumours) once they become managers -- they have no guilt even if their departments are 100% Indians and other races are more qualified. Their ancestors have did the same thing before.

I could not see any reasons for not hiring even the bright PRC Chinese given that there are many of them here in Singapore.

5000 years ago, the Aryans use reincarnation and past life to control the Dravidians, to give good jobs to upper caste Indians. Similarly, today, in Citibanks CBP, they would be using a lot of reasons so that other than FT Indians, all races are not qualified for the jobs.

Other than Citibanks, rumors abound that HP are having similar situations though in lessor degree of severity. And I see such diseases are increasingly infecting local companies. More and more FT Indians are being shipped from India even local Singaporean graduates are fully qualified for the job. Some years down the road, the only job left for local Singaporeans will be collecting excrement. I am now seeing the emergence of caste system in Singapore.

Singaporeans can work as shit collector so that we will reincarnate better.

Singaporeans under attack by FT Indians 2: What one FT Indian is thinking

I just can't understand as to why u closed minded sinkies are aiming on the Indian Fts all the time. These Indian Fts are well qualified scholars or hard working skilled workers who labour endlessly day and night in construction sites and roads and being underpaid , without any complaints. For you racist lazy big talk sinkies. Even today if you look up adverts for jobs the minority Singaporean is at a disadvantage. Why is it that none of you big mouthed suckers have not mentioned about your minority citizens put at a disadvantage. Also why u suckers do not mention about loads of your cousins from China, way above the Indian Fts who come here to create a nuisance to our citizens. Most of your cousins from China are not qualified people and hence get into the pussy trade, cheat , murder, rob , molest, lazy workers who like to complain like a kid all the time. Worst of all they don't wish to learn and speak English in a multi racial Singapore. At least the Indians try to learn the English lingo and immerse themselves with other races by speaking English. So u see these Indian Fts are bringing loads of their experiences , culture, and discipline over here for your comforts. You big mouthed suckers should be grateful and thankful to these Indian Fts rather than sitting on your arses making endless complaints on these hard working , honest Indians. You should do a complete study on China Fts and Indian Fts to make comparisons here for the truth.

Unfortunately Singapore is not Gulf States
The Arabic oil states have plenty masculine Muslim with a lot of balls and are ruled by Sheikhs who are fiercely protective of their subjects--if resources permit. Indian FT that are found in large numbers there know how to behave themselves.

Anyone accusing those Muslim of lazy and or being suspected of discriminating the locals in job market would invite flaks of sermons calling for Jihad against the arrogant infidels from the patriotic local mullahs.

Singapore is the only place in the world where persecution of locals are supported by our own government. The Indian FT take the cue. Not only did they shipped their own kinds here discriminating locals, but at the same time they self-bragged, accusing the most hardworking Singaporeans as lazy....etc (this is PAP's official line as well). PAP found themselves Indian fans.

Karma hitting us
One thing I agree with the above joker is we have allowed Malay to be marginalized by PAP for too long. But I need to stress that the majority of Singaporeans do not want Malay to suffer. The PAP creates policy that hits the Malay and it is unfortunate that we sit by and watch. (If Chinese Singaporeans feel miserable about FT policy, the Malay are even more badly affected )

Now its the Chinese turn to suffer the bad karma. Singaporeans must do the right thing to take down PAP so that justice and equality prevail.

Singaporeans under attack by FT Indians 1: PAP and bedfellows destroying us

Recently a letter widely circulating online, grieves the discriminations and persecution that Singaporeans suffered on titanic scale. The letter is cited below.

While persecution of Singaporeans by FT are nothing new, few have done it on the scale and blatant as India Indians. Today, as I was taking a cab down town, the taxi driver cannot stop blurting out that Changi Business Park, especially Citibank has became Little India. My driver then told me stories. His stories are really nothing new among engineers and IT guys, about rumors that once India Indians become managers, the locals forced out through office politics, are quickly replaced with Indian shipped from India.

FT Indians are from a progeny that is worse than KKK, they are good at what their ancestor did
Many indigenous Indian Singaporeans are from the lower caste. They found equality in Singapore (although LKY has destroyed much of it recently), where people do not judge you by your caste.

Much of the current wave of FT Indians are the higher caste, notably the Brahmins. From immemorial time of India history, the business of Brahmins are racial discrimination presented superficially as caste system.

How did the caste system came about
Caste system originated from Aryan invasion, whereby a small band of foreign bandits and murderers subjugated the local Dravidian population. The FT Aryan forced the caste system on the local Dravidian. The Aryan self-proclaim themselves upper caste such as Brahmins or Kshatria. The local population were deemed untouchables. They were called names like Dalits.

Over the years, the force stratification the society by denying all resources to the lower caste has perpetuated an eternal army of Dalits outcast. As time goes by, people forget that caste system is about racism, the Brahmin cheers.

Now I am seeing an invasion of upper caste FT Indians targeting Singaporeans, supported by PAP.


Note: Wikipedia reports that high caste Indians are Aryan and low caste Indians are Dravidians. Today Indian Brahmins vehemently denied the "Aryan Invasion" theory to cover up their racism.
A 2001 genetic study, led by Michael Bamshad of University of Utah, found that the genetic affinity of Indians to Europeans is proportionate to caste rank, the upper castes being most similar to Europeans, whereas lower castes are more like Asians. The researchers believe that the Indo-European speakers entered India from the Northwest, admixing with or displacing the proto-Dravidian speakers. Subsequently they may have established a caste system and placed themselves primarily in higher castes. The study concludes that the Indian castes "are most likely to be of proto-Asian origin with West Eurasian admixture resulting in rank-related and sex-specific differences in the genetic affinities of castes to Asians and Europeans.".Because the Indian samples for this study were taken from a single geographical area, it remains to be investigated whether its findings can be safely generalized.

Subject: A step in the right direction: discriminatory practices against Singaporeans

Dear Mr. Minister:
I just read the article entitled ‘Don’t hire, promote own kind at expense of S’poreans‘. I cannot begin to say just how thrilled I am to see that the government is FINALLY stepping up to the plate in trying to curb this problem. I have been ranting and raving about this issue ever since I joined the workforce in 2004. I have worked at Hewlett Packard and Frost & Sullivan in Singapore, and both these companies are unabashedly guilty of such hiring practices.

I was a Director at Frost & Sullivan (Singapore) Pte Ltd. and I am well aware of our internal slant towards hiring MBAs from India. There was one time when we made 12 offers in one fell swoop to SP Jain (Singapore campus) and IIM MBA graduates. NOT A SINGLE Singaporean was offered a position. It wasn’t for lack of qualified Singaporean candidates either. Even our campus recruitment was geared towards hiring from Indian universities, instead of NUS, SMU and NTU. Cost was not the factor. We offered many of these graduates between SGD6,000 to SGD10,000 a month.

I can’t help but recall a situation of such irony that to this day, it pains me to have had experienced it at all. At Frost & Sullivan, one of our largest client sectors was the Government sector in Singapore. We brought in well over USD2 million a year in consulting engagements from the Government sector alone – both stat boards and ministries. When we staffed our projects, we would be lucky if we had even 20% of Singaporeans being utilized in the project team.

The entire management team at Frost & Sullivan are foreigners (with the exception of one). We have also helped many of our foreign hires to become Singaporean citizens during the period of their employment. While I am not against using foreign talent, the unfortunate reality is that many of these decently paying positions could have very easily been filled by Singaporeans.

Having done Manpower planning studies for two stat boards in Singapore, the facts and figures are quite startling, to say the least.

During my tenure at Hewlett Packard, I was on several government IT projects. Over 90% of my 100+ person team were foreigners. Like many other companies, how HP cleverly circumvented being “obvious” was to use “contractors”. Our contract was with the employment agencies who, in turn hire almost only foreigners. Hence, the headcount was never really seen. Of the 100+ person who was staffed on this one particular government IT engagement, less than 10% were full-time employees hired directly by HP.

In addition to my own personal experience, I know with absolute certainty that many of my close non-Singaporean friends who head up IT divisions within the banking sector have similar preferences of hiring foreigners over Singaporeans. While I cannot condone such practices, the system makes it far too easy for this to happen. They claim that it is better to hire foreigners because these foreign workers are more than likely to stay as almost all of them want to ultimately obtain Singapore citizenship.

Rather than formulating workable incentives to keep Singaporeans at their jobs, management takes the easy way out. Is this how a country takes care of its own?

As citizens, we give our country two and a half years of our life by going through national service. In that time, our foreign compatriots gain experience in the work force and we, as loyal citizens are penalized. Where is the logic behind this? I strongly believe that our government has a primary and inalienable duty and dedication to its citizens.

The vicious cycle is well engrained in every level of employment. Senior Management positions are given to foreign nationals. They then are inclined to hire their own kind, cutting people like myself completely out in the cold with no options but to seek higher-salaried employment elsewhere.

I am now a foreigner working in China because of the simple fact that many of the high-paying jobs in Singapore have been taken by my foreign friends. I would return to Singapore in a heartbeat if I could make the same sort of salary as I do here.

I have never felt more slighted being a Singaporean than I have during my career in Singapore.

Shylocks are problems of the economy

Three years after Iceland's banks collapsed and the country teetered on the brink, its economy is recovering, proof that governments should let failing lenders go bust and protect taxpayers

The North Atlantic island saw its three biggest banks go belly-up in the October 2008 as its overstretched financial sector collapsed under the weight of the global crisis sparked by the crash of US investment giant Lehman Brothers.

The idea that bailing out banks is bailing out the rest of economy is a lie. What Iceland did was to default the bankers and do a Mahathir capital control. In time to come, more people will recognize that Mahathir's capital control is a wiser than LKY's free movement of capital.

While people blame property developers for high real estate price, few actually recognize that banks actually profited massively from the asset inflation. Through counterfeiting (fractional reserve banking), banks are actually shylocking us at probably around 30% or more interest rate versus on amount of base money deposit, depends on the reserve requirements. (Can someone do the actual calculation, its quite complicated)

Banksters in Shenton Ways reside on the poshest building not because they are smart or hardworking, but because they feed relentlessly on you and me. We can only thank God if our parasitic bankers have good moral values contented just to shuffle papers around, playing office politics, do nothing and collect rents from us. Else, they would be planning scams by pushing derivatives just to blow everyone up so that they can get huge amount of bonus.

Singapore court sides with banks 4: Discriminating Singaporeans

While DBS paid full compensation to Lehman Brothers minibond investors in Hong Kong [see this] and is the first bank of Hong Kong to do so, it decided to fight Singaporean investors.

Around end of march 2011, BBC reported that HKMA and SFC finally got 16 other banks to repay investors of Lehman Brothers minibond for up to 96.5%. That 16 others banks were already more than 2 years later than DBS.

Comparing HK and Singapore
HK regulators are extremely corrupt, often acquiescing the rampant abuses of people in financial market by big institutions. They are no watchdog of people.

In 1987, eldest son of Ng Teng Fong, Robert Ng was speculating in futures contracts on the Hong Kong Futures Exchange through two Panamanian-registered companies when the October 1987 global stock market crash began; his paper losses reportedly reached HK$1 billion. An investigation by the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Royal Hong Kong Police revealed that Ng had avoided required margin calls through collusion with one of his brokers. However, in the end, no charges were laid against Ng because the colonial government of Hong Kong felt that prosecuting him would pose a risk to overall market stability. Hong Kong taxpayers were screwed by providing massive funds for a bailout.

Robert walked free screwing everyone.

The fact that HK regulators stand behind the investors on the issue of Lehman Brothers shows that the banks were cooking such a big fraud that even crooked regulators are unable to stomach. The banks dare not even go to court with HK regulators, they yielded.

And the fact that ball-less DBS became the first bank to compensate in HK while fought steadfastly in Singapore using whatever crooked excuses shows that they are confident the Singapore court will side them -- even MAS under Heng Swee Keat has already implicated her in fraud. [see this]

Discriminating Singaporeans and treating foreigners like kings is now reality in Singapore.

Singapore court sides with banks 3: Comparison Lehman Brothers and Koh Seah Wee of IDA

Koh Seah Wee get 22 years
Boomberg reported Koh Seah Wee was sentenced to 22 years in jail and Lim Chai Meng to 15 years for their roles in cheating Singapore government agencies of S$12.5 million ($10 million) in the city’s biggest public-sector fraud since 1995.

Justice Tay Yong Kwang sentenced the men, who faced a maximum of 10 years in jail for each cheating charge. Koh was accused of defrauding the land authority of S$12.2 million......

The two men submitted false invoices through various shell companies set up by five accomplices for fictitious information technology services and goods at the land agency,

Lehman Brothers and Koh, the differences
The differences between Lehman Brothers' and Koh Seah Wee are, Lehmans' Scam were considerably larger, more flagrant by at least 1000 times.

Monies were being transferred to Lehman Brothers' employees as form of bonuses, amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars, through all sorts of scams involving setting up shell companies, creative accounting, rampant gambling especially using derivatives.

Koh had supervisors throughout his career in IDA. Many fraudulent contracts were probably signed by his bosses as well. Does that mean that those contracts are legally binding?

In contractual law, a contract may be voided on misrepresentation 
According to wikipedia, contract may be voided on ground of misrepresentation . Misrepresentation means a false statement of fact made by one party to another party and has the effect of inducing that party into the contract. For example, under certain circumstances, false statements or promises made by a seller of goods regarding the quality or nature of the product that the seller has may constitute misrepresentation. A finding of misrepresentation allows for a remedy of rescission and sometimes damages depending on the type of misrepresentation.

Fraud in inducement focuses on misrepresentation attempting to get the party to enter into the contract. Misrepresentation of a material fact (if the party knew the truth, that party would not have entered into the contract) makes a contract voidable.

DBS cheers
By on an investigation report, MAS under Heng Swee Keat has already charged DBS of misleading its client on the risk of Lehman brothers' notes [see this]. The products were also being handled by untrained or unqualified staff who did not fully understand the extend of risk in the product.

Whatever the outcome, those bankers are now sleeping soundly with their bonuses. The society is going to see them as talents because they are making monies.

Singapore court sides with banks 1: Singapore Investors lost appeal against Lehman-related lost

Bloomberg reported a group of 213 investors in Singapore lost a bid to recoup S$18 million ($14 million) of losses tied to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (LEHMQ), with an appeal court upholding a lower court ruling that dismissed their claim.

It seems that DBS was pushing toxic to Singaporeans so that the bankers can get a lot of bonuses. MAS headed by Heng Swee Keat published its investigations on Lehman Saga, implicating the banks on fraud[see this]. The summaries are as below.

a) risk ratings assigned by some financial institutions to some series of the Notes that were inconsistent with risk warnings stated in the prospectus and pricing statement; (DBS told investors its a low risk product but actually its toxic)

b) insufficient steps taken by some financial institutions to ensure that all their financial advisory representatives were properly trained before marketing and selling the Notes; and

c) weaknesses in how some financial institutions ensured that their financial advisory representatives were properly equipped with accurate and complete information about the Notes.(DBS toxic pushers did not even knew the risks. In short they are untrained and unqualified, and give inaccurate info to clients.)

Judge's verdict. 
“A person who signs a contract which is set in a language he is not familiar with or whose terms he may not understand is nonetheless bound by the terms of that contract,” the judges said in the ruling. “The principle of caveat emptor applies equally to literates and illiterates.”

What about a contract signed when someone pointing a gun on your head? Currently, instead of gun, the DBS employed fraud.

A parable
A girl is bonded by a contract to work as a prostitute for 20 years, because she was defrauded by a pimp. Should she honour her contract?

Australia, HK, SG, Singtel and Temasek were shown at the bottom to give illusion of solid backing. In reality, nothing can be more toxic and the product defaulted in the 2008 economic crisis.
